My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Gaucho’s Way. From the moment we were warmly greeted at the door to the exceptional ambiance throughout, everything was impeccable. The food selection was fantastic, featuring a perfectly seasoned variety of meats that delighted our palates. The attention to detail in the food presentation was impressive, and the extraordinary customer service truly set this restaurant apart. Our waiter, Sergio, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our experience was flawless. It’s refreshing to find a restaurant of such high caliber right here in Lancaster, PA. I highly recommend Gaucho’s Way for any special occasion or simply a memorable night out with someone special. We had such a fabulous time at this Brazilian steakhouse! The food was absolutely delicious—every cut of meat was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was truly exceptional. The owner/manager Jair and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of the entire evening. We also loved the ambience—warm, lively, and inviting, which made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

This was my first Brazilian Steakhouse experience. Make sure you are hungry as you have access to a humongous salad bar, hot bar complete with soup, endless cuts of meat including chicken, steak, garlic steak, lamb chop, lamb steak, pork chop, and sausage. You have a card that notifies the service for your entree choices and when to serve/stop. Did I mention dessert, coffees, South American wines and cocktails? It was a lovely experience and I loved everything I sampled as I was fearful I would not have enough room to try everything. I will be back and really looking forward to trying the house made Tres Leche, Flan, Papaya Cream, and Crème Brûlée. Take a peek at the dessert menu for additional choices. Manager Anderson greeted us with genuine warmth and invited us to tour the newly opened space. His enthusiasm and personal touch were so compelling, we immediately called the wife and returned to share the experience with her. The attention to detail didn’t stop there Manager Javier ensured every aspect of our lunch was flawless, checking in with care and precision to make sure we were truly enjoying ourselves. Then there was Beatrice—our server—whose attentiveness and grace elevated the entire meal. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, making us feel not just served, but genuinely cared for. The food? Outstanding. The meats were perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared, and the salad bar was a showcase of freshness and variety. Every bite reflected quality and pride. If you’re looking for a place that blends exceptional service with top-tier cuisine, The Gaucho Way is it. Highly recommended for anyone who values a dining experience that goes beyond the plate.

We dined around 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon, the atmosphere was quiet and was able to speak comfortably. The waiter explained the process thoroughly without problems. The variety of food was amazing. Everything was delicious and fresh, the meat options were plentiful. They are willing to cook the meat options to your preference if wanted. The cocktails were good as well. I will definitely return to enjoy it again.

This restaurant has been open for 1 month and we just found out about it yesterday. After looking on-line, we decided to try it at lunchtime as it is considerably lower in price. I feel I must say that even though the cost is lower, the service, food selection, and flavor was very high. I'd say, excellent, really. Along with the scrumptious green beans, asparagus and spicy bacon, (served cold from the salad bar), we sampled the following variety of meats: Filet, sirloin, flank, ribeye, pork ribs, bacon wrapped chicken, parmesan pork, sausage and a few other things, I forget what they were called. There was also lamb but we did not try that. My favorites were the filet and sirloin. YUM! My husband said the ribs may have had the best flavor he's ever had. We were served mashed potatoes and fried plantains and potatoe wedges and a nice puff pastry, as well. The boot clad, black dressed, Gaucho's came by frequently as long as the card on the table was flipped to YES. Management personnel also checked in, along with our server. There is a bar on premises for those who want a cocktail with their lunch or dinner. The food was yummy and the experience was delightful and for some reason, I was not at all bothered by the price on the check. I'm quite sure we'll be back. If we go in the evening or on the weekend, we'll be sure to make reservations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review We had an incredible experience at The Gauchos Way Brazilian Steakhouse in Lancaster, PA! From the moment we walked in, the service was nothing short of phenomenal. Every server was extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The salad bar alone was impressive — a huge variety of fresh, delicious options that could be a meal by itself. And the meats? Absolutely outstanding. They came out at a steady, quick pace, and every cut was cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully. We never had to wait for anything, and each bite was better than the last. While this may be a pricier meal, it is absolutely worth it for a special night out. I highly recommend visiting this excellent restaurant if you’re in or around the Lancaster area. We will definitely be returning!

This fabulous steakhouse has only been open five nights. We met with Anderson Winck, the owner, and along with his staff, we had a fantastic meal. The restaurant consists of a salad bar with quite a few South American and Mediterranean options. However, the highlight of the meal is the all you can eat meat extravaganza that is served table side right off the skewer. Anderson pointed out that there are over 15 different types of meats that are available, all brought to your table by the punctual staff. Although the price of the buffet is one of the most expensive you’ll encounter, it is unlike any food experience you can find… Especially if you are a steak lover. There are a variety of drink options, from ‘still’ and ‘sparkling’ water both imported from Italy, to bottled Coca Cola, the non-alcoholic drink options were plentiful. The steakhouse has a full bar, and a fantastic wine selection. For a change of pace, our table ordered the Moscato. It was a delight! Don’t be deterred by the price. This steakhouse provides a unique ambience and a wonderful dining experience for everyone.
